  • 2 tablespoon Thyme, fresh or dried
  • 32 slices Ham (Black Forest, smoked)
  • 2 Onion(s)
  • 4 Garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil

  1. Step

    Wash the chicken fillets and pat dry.

  2. Step

    Cut the fillets lengthwise into approx. 2 - 3 cm thick, long strips.

  3. Step

    Peel the onions, halve and cut into strips or slices, as well as the garlic.

  4. Step

    'Add strips of chicken filet, then sprinkle 1 slice of smoked ham with thyme.

  5. Step

    Then cover with 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of garlic and roll up.
    The vegetables ensure that the meat does not dry out.

  6. Step

    Place the finished rolls in a baking dish, drizzle with the olive oil and cook at 190°C for approx. 30 minutes in the (fan) oven.
