  • 2x Nature & Respect Free-range Chicken thighs
  • 150g Breadcrumbs, for breadcrumb coating
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Majoram
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs, own choice, also mixed
  • 3 Egg, whisked

  1. Step

    Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

    Prepare the ingredients:
    - Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices and place in a bowl,
    - Put the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl,
    - Put the flour in a bowl.

  3. Step

    Carefully bread the skinned chicken thighs: 
    - First put the chicken thighs in the flour,
    - then in the beaten eggs,
    - then bread by turning in the spice and breadcrumbs.

  4. Step

    Place the breaded chicken pieces on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with oil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
