  • 2x Nature & Respect Leg of Free-Range Pekin duck
  • 1 Orange, for the juice
  • 1 tablespoon Orange flesh
  • 0.25 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 pinches Sal de Flor Orange
  • 2 pinches Sal de Flor Rosemary
  • 0.25 tablespoon Wild spice seasoning

  1. Step

    Mix the spices well with the juice.

  2. Step

    Brush the drumsticks with it. Leave for at least 24 hours.

  3. Step

    Roast the legs with orange fruit paste.
    Or grill in a roasting pan and at 180 degrees with orange fruit flesh for about 50 minutes.
