  • 1 Nature & Respect free-range chicken
  • 80g Margarine
  • 4 tablespoons Paprika powder
  • To taste Chilli powder
  • 2 twigs Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs of Provence, dried
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Step

    Wash the chicken and pat dry.

  2. Step

    Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the chicken and rub in well with salt and pepper from the outside.

  3. Step

    Melt the margarine in a saucepan until it froths, then add the paprika powder and stir.

  4. Step

    Put the chicken in a roasting pan (or large casserole dish) and brush with the pepper marinade. Finely chop and add the herbs, leave the rosemary whole and remove after frying.

  5. Step

    Roast in the oven at 200 - 180 degrees for approx. 75 minutes.
    Turn the chicken once and brush it often.
