Our poultry have daily access to outdoor area and darkness at night. Thus, the animals have a natural day-night rhythm, which has a positive impact on their development.
In order to respect the natural behavior of our animals and to have them growing up at their own pace, we provide them with natural substrates such as straw and pecking stones.
We exclusively offer slower-growing breeds with a significantly longer breeding period than conventional farms. Our chickens are reared for at least 56 days and our ducks for at least 49 days. Chicks come from hatcheries authorized to supply.
To keep the poultry's foot pads healthy, the breeder makes sure that the floor is covered with a dry, loose and soft litter. This allows the birds to exercise their natural behavior in the form of dust bathing, pecking and scratching.
