Cut thin strips from fresh Nature & Respect free-range chicken breast fillet.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
First dredge in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in seasoned breadcrumbs.
Fry in a pan until golden brown or cook in the oven until crispy.
