Quick, easy and incredibly tasty - Firobig chicken

Quick, easy and incredibly tasty! Make our free-range Pollo Fino chicken the star.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pieces of free-range chicken Pollo Fino
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (cornflour)
  • 200 g crème fraiche
  • 150 ml bouillon (vegetable stock)
  • 1 tsp oregano dried or fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley to garnish

Preparation

  1. Dust the free-range chicken pollo fino pieces with cornstarch to make them more tender and thicken the sauce 
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan 
  3. Fry the free-range chicken pollo fino pieces in it until golden brown 
  4. Add the vegetable stock and stir
  5. Stir in the crème fraîche and simmer over a medium heat until the sauce has thickened 
  6. Add the oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste
     

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
