Ingredients

3-4 pieces of free-range chicken Pollo Fino
1 tbsp cornflour (cornflour)
200 g crème fraiche
150 ml bouillon (vegetable stock)
1 tsp oregano dried or fresh
1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to garnish

Preparation

Dust the free-range chicken pollo fino pieces with cornstarch to make them more tender and thicken the sauce
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan
Fry the free-range chicken pollo fino pieces in it until golden brown
Add the vegetable stock and stir
Stir in the crème fraîche and simmer over a medium heat until the sauce has thickened
Add the oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
