Anti-Gaspi Pulled Duck Burger

Who doesn't love a good burger? If you want to try something different, then our pulled duck burger is just the thing for you!

Ingredients

  • 500 g cooked duck meat
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers
  • 1/2 salad
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 6 burger buns
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • Sauce of your choice
  • mustard sauce of the festive duck

Preparation

  1. Cut the red cabbage into small strips
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with a generous portion of the remaining mustard sauce from the festive duck and massage into the red cabbage
  3. Cover the red cabbage and leave to stand in the fridge for approx. 2 h
  4. Peel the cooked meat from the free-range duck and fry in a pan with a sauce of your choice
  5. Brown the buns in the pan
  6. Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining mustard sauce and spread on the bun halves
  7. Top the burger with lettuce, roast duck, red cabbage coleslaw and the pickled cucumbers
