Free-range poultry sausage & summer bulgur salad

Light free-range poultry sausage meets fresh bulgur salad - the perfect summer treat for barbecues and healthy meals!

Ingredients

For the sausage

 

  • 1 pack Nature & Respect free-range chicken sausage

For the salad

 

  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 2 EL leom juice
  • 2 EL olive oil
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika powder

Preparation

  1. Fry the sausage: Fry the free-range poultry sausage over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook the bulgur: Prepare bulgur according to packet instructions.
  3. Prepare the vegetables & herbs: Finely chop the parsley. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into small pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  4. Serve: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and paprika powder.
