Foodboard with crispy free range chicken and fresh vegetables

The perfect meal for a get-together. With our crispy and juicy free-range chicken pieces and fresh, crunchy vegetables, everyone is in for a treat.

Ingredients

For the chicken

 

  • 2 pks. free range chicken legs
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • 1 tsp. smoked pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. honey

for the side dishes

 

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 100 g young pea pods
  • 2 mid-sized carrots
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 150 g green grapes
  • 100 g broccoli

for the yogurt dip

 

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 buch of chives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with spices, honey and tomato paste and cook for 20-25 minutes in the AirFryer / alternatively bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips to make fries, season with salt and pepper and bake according to the AirFryer instructions / alternatively bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables.
  4. Prepare the yogurt dip.
  5. Arrange all the finished ingredients on a large board.
