Free-range chicken breast fillet with Comté

Enjoy the perfect recipe for Valentine's Day or simply for a romantic meal for two.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. free-range chicken breast fillet
  • 30 g compté
  • 2 EL flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt & pepper
  • 150 g baby spinach
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 2 stalks of basil

Preparation

  1. Wash the chicken breast and pat dry.
  2. Melt the butter, add the spices (garlic, salt & pepper) and mix well.
  3. Coat both sides of the chicken breast with it.
  4. Mix the grated Compté with the flour and turn the chicken breast in the Compté and press down a little.
  5. Place the baby spinach in the baking dish and add the sun-dried tomatoes and remaining butter.
  6. Place the chicken breast in the heart shaped baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) for approx. 30 minutes.
