Free-range chicken breast fillet with Comté

Ingredients

1 pkg. free-range chicken breast fillet
30 g compté
2 EL flour
30 g butter
1 garlic clove
salt & pepper
150 g baby spinach
50 g dried tomatoes
2 stalks of basil

Preparation

Wash the chicken breast and pat dry.
Melt the butter, add the spices (garlic, salt & pepper) and mix well.
Coat both sides of the chicken breast with it.
Mix the grated Compté with the flour and turn the chicken breast in the Compté and press down a little.
Place the baby spinach in the baking dish and add the sun-dried tomatoes and remaining butter.
Place the chicken breast in the heart shaped baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) for approx. 30 minutes.
