Prepare the chicken skewers: Grill or fry the Nature & Respect Marinated Free Range Chicken Skewers on the barbecue or in a hot pan with a little oil over a medium heat for approx. 10-12 minutes, turning regularly, until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the salad: Cut the cucumber and radishes into thin slices. Finely slice the spring onion. Place everything in a bowl and mix with olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper.
Mix the dip: Mix the mustard, honey and yoghurt in a small bowl. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve: Arrange the chicken skewers on a plate with the salad and dip. Garnish with fresh cress or pea shoots.
