Quick grilled chicken baguette

A quick and hearty grilled chicken baguette. Perfect for an uncomplicated and delicious meal outdoors!


  • 1 Pkg. Free Range Chicken Breast Filet - Curcuma & Onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 red onions
  • 100 g yellow mini tomatoes
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 yellow bell bell pepper
  • 2 baguettes
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • some garlic oil

For the sauce


  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar


  1. Cut free-range chicken breast fillet, pineapple, yellow bell bell pepper and red onion into medium-sized pieces for the skewer.
  2. Skewer all ingredients alternately and grill for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut baguette in half and slice lengthwise. Place briefly on the grill.
  4. Clean carrot and cut into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. 
  5. For the sauce, mix all ingredients well.
  6. Top warm baguettes with the grilled skewer, carrot strips and mint leaves and serve with sauce.
