Salade Jardin au Valloire with free-range chicken breast fillet

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of free-range chicken breast fillet
  • 200 g mixed salad (e.g. rocket, spinach, lamb's lettuce)
  • Goat cheese, broken into small pieces
  • Apple, cut into thin slices
  • Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Salad:

  1. Divide the mixed salad between two plates   
  2. Cut the fried or grilled free-range chicken breast fillets into strips   
  3. Arrange the goat's cheese, apple slices and walnuts on the salad

Dressing:


Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper into a dressing and drizzle over the salad
