Summer chicken salad to go

A refreshing, summer chicken salad - perfect for on the go. Enjoy light flavors and healthy ingredients wherever you are!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. free-range chicken inner fillet
  • 1 Pkg. mini mozzarella
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 hands of lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Olive oil/vegetable oil
  • Wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sprouts

For the decoration

 

  • Violets

Preparation

  1. Marinate free-range chicken inner fillet with 1/2 tbsp chili flakes, salt, black pepper, 2-3 tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp wine vinegar and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Clean and chop strawberries, avocado, red onion.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry marinated chicken inner fillet on both sides until golden brown. Then let cool and cut into small pieces.
  4. Prepare salad dressing - to do this, mix well juice of one lemon, 2 tbsp agave syrup, 6 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp wine vinegar.
  5. Fill 4 glasses (500 ml each) with ingredients:
    Salad dressing, mini mozzarella, avocado, red onion, free range chicken inner fillet, lamb's lettuce, strawberries and sprouts. Garnish with violets and enjoy.
