Cordon Bleu made from free-range turkey escalope with herb dip

Crispy, juicy, delicious! Cordon Bleu made from our Nature & Respect free-range turkey schnitzel

Ingredients

  • 2 Pck Nature & Respect free-range turkey schnitzel
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 slices of raw ham, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of Gouda
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 20 g butter

Herb dip:

 

  • 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
  • 200 g fresh cream
  • 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C top/bottom heat.
  2. Season the free-range turkey escalopes. Top with ham and cheese, then roll up.
  3. Bread the rolled turkey escalope.
  4. Fry in butter in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 15 mins.
  5. Prepare the herb dip, mixing all the ingredients well.
  6. Remove the cordon bleu from the oven, cut into slices and serve with the herb dip and, for example, a colorful salad.
